Crossdressing contacts come in different forms from retail sources to actual crossdressers. There is so much going on these days fueled by the internet. Things are heating up for TG Rocktober this week some of my crossdressing contacts are getting pretty exited about it and making plans.
One thing that I discovered in some of my exploring is how much people have become somewhat compartmentalized when I comes to crossdressing contacts. That might not be the best word for it but I have discovered by accident for instance that the Gen Z crowd prefers Snapchat. I don’t remember what link I followed to get me there but it was much different than what I have seen on Flickr. The big difference was in age with Flickr having the older group. Another interesting observation was the number of Gen Z posters asking how they looked when posting pictures of them dressed. It is an innocent question but not one I recall hearing asked elsewhere. Maybe us older girls know you might not like the answer if we asked it. I guess its normal for a young person just starting out to want some feedback but, I hope they are not looking for approval. This is a great time to be a crossdresser and I hope they can just own that and enjoy the ride.
CROSSDRESSING CONTACTS BY AGE
TG Rocktober will have different age groups attending and they will inevitably gravitate to each other based on common age. It may not be real visible but will typically manifest itself when the crossdressing contacts form with the exchange of information for possible future meetings. That was the way a life changing crossdressing connection was for me.
Way back in the last century before thumb drives were even thought of at the Texas “T” Party in San Antonio I had a chance meeting during lunch. My wife and I were seated at a large table for 10 people I think of crossdressers and there were basically two conversations going on simultaneously. My conversations were crossdressing oriented and my wife’s were crossdresser wife oriented. She had about 5 CD’s asking questions about our marriage and to my surprise she was candidly answering them without hesitation. Those at the table changed back and forth between the conversations and we all had an enjoyable lunch.
It was Saturday and the last day of the party with the big farewell dinner later that night so the partying went late into the night. Sometime during the evening my wife told me that we were having lunch Sunday with Ashley and her wife. My response was “who is Ashley?” to which she answered the quiet one sitting across from us at lunch. Apparently Ashley switched over to my wife’s conversation at some point and they exchanged information making the lunch appointment.
During lunch I found out that Ashley & wife lived about 30 miles away from us in California and Ashley was a golfer. She was also a member of a club called CHIC which I was aware of but dismissed being a member because of things that I heard it. She told me that my impression was wrong about CHIC and she thought I would enjoy being a member. She said she would get me an application and sponsor me if I was interested. I was, she did and I have been a member of CHIC for over 30 years now.
Ashley and I have also been friends that whole time and have traveled all over the world on vacations with our wives( No Xdressing) as Duke and Rocco. On the golf end D&R we have embarrassed ourselves on golf courses in Alberta and British Columbia Canada along with California, Montana, Oregon, and Idaho in the U.S. traveling in her motorcoach. We have made some great memories over the years and she was definitely one of my best crossdressing contacts.
