Getting together with other crossdressers is something that many of us accomplish by being a member of a local club. But when people don’t belong to one or are traveling to crossdress it can be a lonely time doing everything alone, eating, shopping etc. A crossdressing rendezvous with another crossdresser or two would be great but where do you start, and what about your security? There are many ways to connect online but you really don’t have a way of vetting the people.
Recently I saw a message posted on the Vanity Club chat area from Beverly a member from Canada who was traveling to Las Vegas. She was by herself and looking to see if any other members might be available to connect during her stay. I was going to be in town that week, so I responded, and we met for a drink at the Cosmopolitan hotel whereby chance we were both staying. My BFF Ashley and I were in town for the Shania Twain concert so after dinner at STK we went downstairs and met up with Beverly for drinks at the Chandelier bar in the Cosmopolitan.
CROSSDRESSING RENDEZVOUS
I felt confident our security was not going to be an issue with this crossdressing rendezvous because Beverly and I are both members of the Vanity Club. The application screening process the Vanity club uses does an extensive vetting through their membership process. Having been through it myself I knew not to expect any surprises. I have posted on the VC chat board myself over the years and enjoyed meeting with other members in Portland Oregon, and San Francisco California along with Las Vegas Nevada.
Last month we had the La Bella formal dinner in Long Beach California which was an invitation only event. We used a similar method of vetting for that crossdressing rendezvous with a couple of exceptions in the cases where the people were known by us in advance. Otherwise, we selected members of CHIC, Rose City “T” Girls, Vanity Club, and Confident “U”. There were also a few from the DIVA Las Vegas where Paulette and I are both volunteers.
The number one compliment I received about La Bella was how great all of the people were, and I tell them it wasn’t by accident. Everyone was vetted based on their perceived compatibility with the other attendees and it worked.
If you read this blog, it is no secret that I am a proponent of crossdressing clubs, and the crossdressing rendezvous is just another reason to belong to one. Your travel crossdressing adventures don’t have to be so lonely, but you will need to plan ahead and get the ball rolling.

I fully understand the desire to be part of a CD group, depending on the “nature” of the group, it can be fun and provide a sense of security and support. However, my personnel opinion is being accepted by one or more CIS women and treated as just one of the girls (Possibly because they recognized they that I am honoring and respect every thing female and want be one of them). Of course dressing up to go out as one of the girls for the evening or a lake side afternoon picnic and engaging in GIRL Talk with all the laughing and gigilng provides me with full sense of my inner femineity and well being. Being invited to an attend a baby or bridal shower is another source of choice and holding that baby is another source of special heart warming joy or girl’s cocktail hour are all a special treasure.
