MATURE CROSSDRESSING FREEDOM

I am in between adventures right now and busy with daily summer time life stuff but never stop thinking about the next outing. The next one is already planned so I am just waiting for the calendar to come around. Like most regular crossdressers I need to be able to express my feminine look regularly. Age is a double edged sword because makeup requires far mor skill than when we were young but on the other hand we have mature crossdressing freedom. By that I mean the barriers of family at home are less along with demands on your money. By age 50 most of us have empty nests and a lot less bills to pay so we can allocate more for the genie inside us. This can also be a dangerous time for married crossdressers like when you tell the wife the vacation has to wait in order to add onto the house because you are out of closet space. My late friend and founding member of CHIC Jo Ann used the term SOARING in situations like this.

SOARING occurs when a crossdresser goes full throttle once they feel comfortable going out in public cross-dressed. Like from once a month in the basement alone to every weekend at the Boom Boom Room until 2 AM. Jo Ann’s rational for the term SOARING was like a fighter jet taking off on full afterburner straight up but eventually having to level off no mater how much fun the pilot was having. Wives are not fond of that behavior but even single crossdressers run out of gas a some point an level off. If you have been around for a while the mature crossdressing freedom allows you to do what you want when you want but in moderation especially of you are married.

Forty years ago my crossdresser outings were a combination of attending the various crossdresser conventions a couple of times per year along with a sprinkling of party’s at the houses of CHIC members. That took care of about 8 months per year and the rest was filled in by going to Gay establishments where they served food. Fast forward to present day and the situation is very different as times have changed so much. I express my crossdressing freedom when ever and where ever I want to and have frequented primarily mainstream public establishments for the last 20 years.

MATURE CROSSDRESSING FREEDOM

July’s adventure is going to take me to a completely different destination in a city I have only dressed in twice before and that was pre COVID so I don’t really know what will be in store for me once I get there. My mature crossdressing freedom allows me to select this destination with confidence that I will not have issues and will enjoy myself. You all know that I am not reckless and so the trip has been meticulously planned with safety built into every activity. The hotel is a bit more expensive than I normal go to but has everything I need so the convenience is a factor. It is a highly rated boutique hotel over 100 years old and the ambiance and decor look amazing. It is not the type of establishment that would appeal to the young party animal crowd. I am looking forward to chatting at the bar with some of the civilian population like I have written about before.

It is very rewarding for me to exercise my mature crossdressing freedom in a dialog with a seemingly normal person on a range of topics once we dispense the the obligatory TRANS conversation. As I wrote about in my last trip to Las Vegas in one evening I had great conversations with three sets of women ranging in age from 23 to 60 on a host of topics. The next two nights nothing but, it remains my goal when out and about and it is the mature crossdressing freedom that makes it all happen because II have nothing to fear from them and they from me.

I have found that you are far more approachable when out alone for some reason I guess people especially women are more comfortable with it.
