Crossdressers all have a process that they go through getting ready regardless if it is completely dressed to go out or just partially in the house. It has been so long since I did the later that I can’t remember what it was like so I will focus on what I do currently. My process starts with the mental side considering when and where to go which is typically Long Beach California or Las Vegas Nevada. Once that decision has been made then where I will be going comes into play which in turn influences what I will be wearing. It is not terribly complicated because heels, hosiery, and hemlines are a must whether it is a skirt or dress so that eliminates flats and pants.
One of my favorite spots in Long Beach is a restaurant that kind of reminds me of the television show CHEERS because of the bar layout and local crowd. Although most of the patrons are dressed casual especially since it is blocks from the beach occasionally women wear dresses and heels. Maybe I am an inspiration to them (I hope so) because I always am dressed that way when there. Its never a problem and I get occasional compliments on my outfits. Typically I wear a skirt and heels with a moto jacket or something less dressy for this place.
Las Vegas however, is a different story because there is a mix of people going to different events and the larger conventions still have formal nights. I don’t wear formals there but my outfits are far dressier than Long Beach. Depending on the destination I will wear something appropriate for the evening like this outfit I wore to Piero’s last year.

Other times I feel a splash of color is a nice change from all the black I usually wear as my wife tells me often. She picked this jacket out for this trip to another Seal Beach favorite Spaghettini.

The selection of outfits is really the easy part of my crossdressing process the real work and fun starts when I start actually getting ready which I will save for the next post. MY CROSSDRESSING PROCESS 2

Your photos are excellent. You always look very elegant, even if dressed casually.
