Summer is a time of year that everyone looks forward to for all the obvious reasons enjoying the outside warm weather activities. I of course am one of them but there is a down side for me because my crossdressing sometimes goes into a crossdressing orbit or holding pattern as stuff gets in the way. Vacations and family activities impact the ability to crossdress as it seems there is some kind of organized conspiracy that plans something exactly when you were going to let the genie out of the bottle.

CROSSDRESSER SEASONS
For those unfortunate crossdressers who never go out this is not a big issue but for those who are out and about it can be. Essentially where I am going here is that your makeup needs to change with the season in order to look your best. Pale ivory toned skin with the correct makeup shade is awesome in winter but in August if you are in a warmer climate you will look like a Geisha doll. While the contrast between your dark hair and face most likely will be fine your tanned arms, legs and hands will be out of place.
CROSSDRESSER MAKEUP
The area of makeup that is most overlooked by people that use it, either a woman or a crossdresser is the FOUNDATION of the FOUNDATION. It will determine the success of your efforts toward what ever your goal is. I am talking about the skin surface that you are applying the makeup foundation to. The smoother that surface the better your makeup will look. Regardless of if you pass, blend or don’t care with thin or thick foundation. If you are just starting out and looking to learn more about makeup for crossdressers you need to get this right from the beginning.
CROSSDRESSER EYESHADOW
Pretty much every crossdresser I see uses eyeshadow to some degree some very sparingly while others like myself more dramatic. Regardless of how dramatic I go blue is a color you have never and will never see on me. The reason is simple it is because I hate it! Why? Because it does not look good on me and pretty much everyone else from what I have seen.
CROSSDRESSER SERENITY
Crossdresser serenity sounds great if you can actually achieve it but life does not work that way. Once you have it life throws things at you that threaten it. To keep it going you need to acquire a particular mindset that will allow you course correct when one of life’s waves throws you off. Years…
CROSSDRESSERS BLENDING
I see comments online by crossdressers stating their goal to blend when they are out and about. I also see crossdressers seeking advice on buying wigs as to color, style and length. Many share their preference for a particular style which in my humble opinion guarantee they will not blend in public. In the interest…
MY CROSSDRESSING PROCESS 2
In CROSSDRESSING PROCESS 1 I covered the process of selecting outfits based on where I am going. If you are a subscriber or a regular visitor to this blog you know that blending is not a goal for me. I always dress to impress which justifies the time investment I make in getting ready. I…
MY CROSSDRESSING PROCESS 1
Crossdressers all have a process that they go through getting ready regardless if it is completely dressed to go out or just partially in the house. It has been so long since I did the later that I can’t remember what it was like so I will focus on what I do currently. My process…
SMART CROSSDRESSING
Christmas and New Years are getting close and many of us are planning our outfits for the parties just a few weeks away. I am all set for our club Christmas party but still vacillating on what to wear on the Friday B4. I will be doing a literal dress rehearsal this weekend for the…
CURVY MATURE CROSSDRESSING
The writer, a crossdresser, highlights the importance of padding, particularly in the hip, butt and breast areas, to achieve a feminine figure. Finding the right padding is critical; the author recommends silicone butt pads from LOVE MY BUBBLES and hip pads from Dress Tech. The writer also reveals a new full-body padding system, GIMEE HIPS, which is on their wish-list, and regrets the absence of an all-in-one garment that combines all padding in one piece.
