Those familiar with my website know that I am pretty comfortable going out in the mainstream where ever I choose. Part of that is a level of confidence that I will be safely crossdressing not fearing those around me. There is negative publicity going on now about trans people so your personal safety needs to be a priority. As I have said before it makes no difference how you identify most people see crossdressers as trans. People wishing to do harm to trans people are not interested in your preferences either. I recommend you so add an extra layer of security to your routine.
My next adventure starts this weekend and I am looking forward to it for several reasons. One is I will be doing it at another vintage hotel built in the late 1920’s. The other is I will be working on some new makeup concepts that I can do some posts on later. I am familiar with where I will be going and safely crossdressing has been built into the whole adventure. Friday night I will not be leaving the hotel grounds because everything I need is right there. Photo ops are everywhere in a building of this vintage and the hotel is well maintained in its original style. Hopefully I can find a volunteer to take some great pictures with my new iPhone 16.

SAFELY CROSSDRESSING PLAN
Saturday night dinner is planned for a local high end restaurant where I have been warmly greeted before. My safely crossdressing has been planned for this night also with me using UBER from door to door. From just outside the hotel lobby door to the front door of the restaurant and back again later. There will be a valet or doorman watching over me entering and exiting the UBER SUV. Where you go is as important as how you get there and some homework pays off.
When I travel alone for a crossdressing adventure my destination and places I go get an extra layer of security. I have found that the better the place the better the treatment as a rule. High end restaurants and hotels are very accommodating as you would expect and the patrons are safe. Regardless of their opinion of crossdressers or transgender people they are less likely to express negative thoughts. Someone with a positive opinion might be complimentary but the negative one will most likely ignore me which I prefer.

I am a firm believer that your attitude has a big impact on how people treat you. With me being read is a given and I don’t even try to pass which I believe is helpful. I walk in with my head high and shoulders back as gracefully as possible. I attempt to take shorter steps and walk slower but without any intentional feminine mannerisms. I speak in my regular voice so everyone knows who I am so there is no deception. I think this approach helps me to safely crossdress anywhere I go. If you act like you belong there people will most likely accept that you do. If you go in looking hang dog with your head down it shows fear or uncertainty which is a negative.
Safely crossdressing also depends on when you go where you go as in less crowded areas. This trip I will be going to the downtown business district of a large city. There are many high end restaurants in the area which are not very busy on the weekends. That typically means better table, better service, and usually nicer people. The food and ambiance will be the same just quieter and sometimes friendlier. All bets are off, though, if there is a sports or concert event close by. These events can let out when I would be there. Too many crazy and often drunk people for me to safely crossdress there in my judgment.
Not being predictable is advantageous for safely crossdressing as in not going places not frequented by other crossdressers. If people are not expecting to see you there. They are not sure how to act, so most of the time they don’t.
